Since stepping into the industry in 2000, Dustin Foss has built a career rooted in leadership, collaboration, and deep technical expertise. He began his journey at Spalj Construction Company, where he worked under the guidance of the current WRG leadership. In 2013, he joined Rice Lake Construction Group as a Project Manager and Estimator, focusing on the complex demands of water and wastewater treatment construction.
In 2019, Dustin was named President of Rice Lake West, recognizing his experience and steady leadership within the company. Today, he guides the company’s day-to-day operations with a focus on strategic planning, team alignment, and staying true to our mission of building better water infrastructure across the Western U.S. A lifelong team player and problem-solver, Dustin lives in Lakewood, Colorado, and continues to drive Rice Lake West forward—one project, one partnership, and one solution at a time.
