Safety Week Wrap-Up: A Daily Commitment at Rice Lake West
As Safety Week wrapped up, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what this annual observance means to us at Rice Lake West—and why safety is never just a once-a-year conversation.
Throughout the week, our teams across jobsites came together to reinforce one powerful message: safety is not a task, it’s a mindset. From morning toolbox talks to hands-on demonstrations, we saw firsthand the level of care and attention our crews bring to their work every single day.
This year’s Safety Week reinforced that planning, communication, and accountability are essential for building safer work environments—and stronger teams. We’re proud of the participation and engagement we saw from every level of the organization. Whether it was identifying potential hazards, reviewing protocols, inspecting our harnesses and gear, or simply taking a moment to look out for one another, our crews showed up with focus and purpose.
A big thank you goes out to our field leaders, safety professionals, and project teams who made this week impactful. Most of all, we want to recognize the everyday dedication of our construction crews, who consistently lead by example, making safety not just a policy, but a core value in action.
While Safety Week has wrapped up, our commitment doesn’t end here. At Rice Lake West, safety is 365: integrated into the planning, execution, and culture of every project.
Let’s keep carrying the message forward: Nobody Gets Hurt. #SafetyWeek2025 #RiceLakeWest #Safety365 #ConstructionSafety #NobodyGetsHurt #BuildSafeWorkSafeLiveSafe
